Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
The short version. NamePulsar is a free tool that suggests names and checks whether domains look available. Results are generated by software and provided as-is: always confirm availability with the registrar and check trademarks before you commit to a name. Don't abuse the service.
1. The service and these terms
NamePulsar (namepulsar.com) is provided by Systhema Analytics SRL, Deva, Romania, Romania (CUI 45945560), contact [email protected]. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. The service is free and requires no account. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
2. Availability results are indicative
Availability is estimated from public DNS data and official registry (RDAP) records at the moment you run the check. It is accurate most of the time, but not guaranteed:
- a domain can be registered by someone else seconds after we check it;
- "Likely available" means no DNS records exist but the registry does not offer confirmation;
- registries may hold names as premium or reserved, which show as available but cost more or cannot be bought;
- registries and DNS can be temporarily unreachable, producing "Unknown".
The only authoritative answer is the registrar's checkout page. We do not sell, register or hold domains.
3. Not legal, trademark or business advice
Names, explanations and "Pulse scores" are produced automatically by an AI model and simple heuristics. They may be unoriginal, misleading, culturally inappropriate in some markets, or already in use by someone else. A high score or an "available" domain says nothing about trademark availability. You are solely responsible for clearing any name you adopt — including trademark searches in the jurisdictions you operate in and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified attorney. The TMview link is offered for convenience only.
4. Your content and generated names
You keep whatever rights you have in the description you submit. Generated names are provided to you without any claim from us; we don't track or reserve them, and the same or similar names may be suggested to other users. You use them at your own risk.
5. Affiliate links
"Register" buttons link to Namecheap, Inc. through an affiliate programme. If you register a domain after clicking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which names are generated or how availability is reported. Your purchase contract is with Namecheap, under Namecheap's terms; we are not party to it and cannot help with billing or support for domains.
6. Acceptable use
You may use NamePulsar for personal or commercial naming projects. You may not:
- access the service by automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) or bypass rate limits;
- use the availability checker as a bulk domain-monitoring or drop-catching tool;
- submit content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to submit;
- attempt to probe, disrupt or overload the service or its providers;
- misrepresent NamePulsar's output as a legal opinion or guarantee.
We apply per-user rate limits and may block abusive traffic without notice.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systhema Analytics SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service — including reliance on availability results, scores or generated names, or on third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumers' statutory rights.
8. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
